[WIP] vintar's mega mod

I've been busy with this one for a while now and estimate release in two months.
My original idea was to make stalker more interesting and difficult to perhaps respark peoples interest in the game (well mine really :) )
and as i've progressed, its turned into more of a survival game than anything else.
Here are a few changes made to make things more interesting :
dynamic weather by notanumber
clear sky sid by jakeb
cut mutants back in
npc and stash box looting with the option of placing your own stashes that will be "locked"
npc's can heal themselves
hiring of squads
weapon repair based on your rank
weapon "skill" progression by notanumber
artefact carry weight by notanumber
flare gun (shoot mutants or npc's with this and watch them go down in flames :) )
personalised map markers which you can drop and describe what is there
6 achievements that can be attained
laptop - from this you can repair weapons, hire squads , check personal stash contents and map markers and check achievement progress.
Mine sweeper (winmine) for the laptop
blow outs from priboi
new weapon animations by kingfriday
knife degradation
a few new tasks added

things added for difficulty:

npc's wont drop any ammo, instead you will have to break boxes to find some.
All task rewards are reduced or changed for difficulty
all stash "treasures" reduced for difficulty

i'll keep adding features here as and when i remember them :)

Well, I decided to release what was ready, so here it is :

vintars mega mod patch 1

Attempted bug fix for :


1) empty stashes --loot_body.script
2) missing entities --death_manager.script
3) knife degrading too fast --user.ltx (put this in the appropriate folder)

Installation
-------------

copy the two script files into gamedata\scripts and choose "overwrite all"

Place the user.ltx in the appropriate folder.

The two scripts will not require a new game, but I`m not sure the user.ltx will apply without starting one.

The user.ltx is really a longshot, but I`ve seen stranger things. If it causes problems, just delete it and let the game create a new one.

ok here is patch2

Issues addressed :

1) reworked best_weapon.script and npc`s will now use their best weapon when fighting and not a random weapon determined by a number.

2) assassins weapons will now not be dropped and therefore the exploit is gone.

3) medkit, bandage etc icon on HUD will now display the correct hotkey to use according to your user.ltx

4) added in dynamic campfires for a more realistic feel. Campfires that are not populated will be extinguished. I think this was created by XIANI so credit to him. If anyone knows different please let me know.

Whether or not you need to start a new game will be varified soon, but I would reccommend it, and judging by the files I`ve edited I would think it is needed, but I will confirm this soon.
