Graphics arent too hot. Looks a bit cartoony like bioshock, mind you might look diffrent on your screen at home.

I'll wait to see how open-ended the single-player is and how the RPG elements work before I decide its shite or not. You may be right.

I got this maxxed out at 1920x1080 and it looks very good indeed. I
was afraid it might be too cartoony but it looks better than Fallout 3
to me (and I like it much better than FO 3). The characters look very
non-detailed or are wearing masks but it doesn't seem to bother me.
The art textures are quite good enough I think and better than FO 3.
You get to around level 35 when you finish the game but just reload your character and choose "playthrough 2" and you keep your loot &
level and restart a much harder game while the weapons just keep getting better.
I haven't had this much fun in a long time.
42 hours and still have a lot of better weapons to find. :thumbright:
This game is huge!

From what I've seen of this game, it very much reminds me of the diablo series, as in how the damage goes, the ridiculous number of loots you can get, the co-op friendly play... I'll definitely be investing in this by christmas.

I have this game. As most people I wasn't sure of it because of the graphics being too cartoony like but the gameplay was too good to pass up. And the cartoon graphics is growing on me :D

Let me just say you want this game. A lot of people learnt not to be hyped over new games and most tend to be crap *avoids mentioning certain names* but this is really good.

Wet seems to be a dissapointing linear Xbox game...very different from Borderlands.

Wet is actually very good. Link. Its gameplay style is similar to DMC/Tomb Raider/Uncharted. Watch the video review in that link and see for yourself.

That video was funny but I don't know what the rest of the game is like myself. Might be good for all I know but I don't usually check them out since I don't have a
console. Some reviews were more critical. It didn't look too bad but I like a closer 3rd person viewpoint myself.
The BIG difference is that Borderlands is a large open world with quite a few maps.

And Borderlands is also first person  oh and most important in all. You do co-op up to 4 players in it too :D

I have not actually tried Wet myself but I have seen people play it. It looks like an okay game where you just run around the level shooting enemies and when your close use a sword. But I wouldn't rate it high as other games.

I have Wet. The first 3 missions are kinda annoying, but after that its great. You can do some very cool matrix sorta stuff like running off a wall, backflipping and cutting different parts of your enemies anotomy off as you come flying down with your katana all in one smooth motion :D
