Got bored waiting on 3.0 so I went back to CS. Added CS Enhanced, Basix Monstrosity, my stuff, and tweaked. Lots of fun, just does not look as good as SoC.

I still haven't even installed it yet. don't know if I'll get enough enthusiastic about it ever. I've read the story of CS once, and it didn't grab me. IMO, it felt a bit too inconsequential. Maybe, the prequel was not a good idea after all, just after one game. Such things usually take more than two to get back to the beginning.
Despite that, I guess, at least graphically, it must be a nice game to watch. But the SoC... now, that's something almost at epic level.

You are right, it's fun to play. But there is so much in the .dll in this game, that it is hard to do anything with. In some ways. Basix added TONS of extra monsters and weapons. Enhanced added some AMK stuff and some other good stuff. But it still doesn't look as good to me as SoC.

I have to admit, it looked simply staggering on full DX10 graphics... then my PSU blew up. Have not touched it since, maybe one day....
