Video Capture Cards

Video Capture Cards

Postby Balious on 18 May 2010 18:13

Hey guys. Do any of you have any experience in buying Video Capture Cards or something that could do the job I want it to do?

Basically I want to be able to record console games such as PS2, Wii, Gamecube, Xbox and so on without using an emulator. I found out to do this you need a video capture card or such but I have no idea what I am looking into to find out if its good or not. So I was wondering if you guys have any information that could help me

I take that you can't use a firewire card. So, check these links:

Videos for how can I capture video from Xbox:

I would use an emulator but not all games will work on it. Such as the PS2 there seems to be plenty of games that I want to play but wont work on the emulator.

Okay I now have an EasyCap DC60+ I got from my birthday. Quality seems to be okay but not HD and im sure they watchable.

I am now trying to work out how to record my voice but as of yet have found no way (unless I record my voice after playing for post-commentary but I find post-commentary boring). I have not found any videos yet either but I will find a way soon.
