Surely it seems it's going to be an interesting movie; but, such productions require rather large investments in order to achieve a reasonable success -this is what the audience now expects, rightly or wrongly- so I hope they have solved that matter as well. Unfortunately, for today's cinema goers storyline itself doesn't seem enough to rule them into the cinemas.

I might be remembering wrong, but I think also it was this movie that has caused at least one of the problems between the Devs and the GSC owners.

Any more news on this movie?

Oh lots of places but I could really use a more long term change of scenery.

Been pondering whether to take up the drifting profession for a undetermined amount of time or not.

You mean in general, in the UK, I guess, yeah seems we're going down on a slow-mo roller-coaster, with downward movement. Still, except Germany, Britain economically remains the second best in Western Europe. France is not in a good situation, shape, and economists expect her to hit the debt wall before summer like Italy. Spain and Portugal is boiling and in Greece a public-revolt could be around the corner. Hmm.. European news doesn't sound nice.

Travel they say makes a person rested and enlightened, but it all depends what you will find along the road, with the current shape of the world (not physically, lol) considered, it's possible to end up being forced to get rest more than one planned, and so much enlightened.
However, life is too short for not to drift away a bit, but also it's not so long either for missing many things while drifting somewhere. Careful navigation required.

Jokes aside, and nothing to do with Maya theories, one of the biggest -maybe the biggest- environmental problems facing the earth is the deterioration of current magnetic field status. Namely, we're starting to see the effects of impending "flip" of the polar fields, flipping the North and South Poles.

Hubble telescope is being shut down each time it passes (roughly) over the area of Mexico/Guatemala in order to prevent the extreme spikes (space to earthbound) to destroy the telescope, as NASA has verified that due to the weakening of the earth's magnetic field particularly on that area allows extreme amounts of protons (coming from the sun) to pass through the magnetic field. They surely continue to the lower sections of the atmosphere.

Magnetic field, as known, protects the earth from the sun's dangerous particles.

Currently, in the Pacific and Atlantic oceans, areas corresponding to the either sides of (roughly) Mexico, there are already "reversed magnetic fields" each of which is larger than Texas. In these areas, compasses suddenly flip from showing North to showing South. I mean they show South pole as the North. There are also more than a dozen more smaller such areas around the world, and they are increasing at an almost geometric scale .

Important to note, btw, that the Scientist who are on the subject say it is far to early to start panicking or even worrying. In the light of these assurances, I also concur that there is no need to think about it now -or ever- at all; after all, if the "flip" were to be scheduled to happen even tomorrow, there still would be absolutely nothing that we could do about it.
