Hey, Rock, How's the accounting studies going?

It's Summer time baby No studies till Fall. Then, two classes (6 units) at RCC (Riverside Community College) instead of MSJC due to financial aid. Got's to have financial aid what with us both our of work. Oh, and we made just under $500 on a yard sale this past weekend. First yard sale in 14 years That covers a bike payment How's things on your side of the pond?

Yeah, true, it's summer time, we've forgot the summer here, lol. Since the start of June it's torrential rain every day. Well, it seems you've just reached to grab the diploma. A few months left to raise the glasses and chant congratulations.
Yard sales are good, they do it a lot here, and one can find very interesting stuff as well. This side of pond is very wet, lol, as I said, non-stop rain. Even right now while I'm writing this, there's a shower going outside.
Scandals as well, 160-ish years old News of the Wold tabloid newspaper shut down this week after, as you've probably heard over there as well, a long string of "phone-hacking" scandals. Those bastards (I have no sympathy for such people) hacked even the phones of murdered children and their families, dead soldiers' families, and a long list continues.

btw, I would reply sooner, sorry, but I had a computer malfunction which took a good part of yesterday to deal with. The PC was idle and suddenly it restarted but couldn't boot properly, so automatically -each time- tried to sort out boot correction work with no success. After hours of struggle, and after tried every other option, I managed to convince Windows to see the back-up system image (it's Win 7) on the very Hard Disk that it had put it in the first place. It kept on offering me a system image on Disk E... the thing is/was I didn't have an E drive!!! Idiot windows at the end saw the H drive and the image it had put it there... after several hours, lol...

Rain and open Windows suck Over a hundred here everyday. I'm watering the plants three times a day just to keep them alive. Send me some of that rain. No wait. Never mind. Then it would be humid and our swamp cooler wouldn't work. Can't win for losing.

LOL, yesterday, I got really...really got soaked just by running from my car to the home for 20 or so yards, I got caught up in the sudden torrential downpour. THis year we've waved goodbye to the summer, lol. My sister went to Antalya (Mediterranean city in Turkey) she complains me over the phone everyday that it is 45 C over there in the shadow! And I'm freezing my as* in this rain, lol. Seems weather is not good for anyone, world is making tricks in every region it seems

Yeah, we're getting heat waves and storms across the country here. Seems we have messed up our weather. Probably fossil fuels.

Hot here too. It's been over 100F all week now, and humid to top it off. Haven't seen any sign of this mountain rain that usually comes in the summer until about 5 minutes ago, and it lasted a total of 5 seconds. Been walking in to work soaked from head to toe in sweat, then having to work in a kitchen the rest of the day... Blegh, I wish it was winter again.

On another note, I'd like to say my Mosin will be twice as badass when I'm finished with it
Getting the barrel cut down, a QD Mount mounted to the Crown, then a YHM Phantom 7.62 suppressor mounted on it It already shoots 2 inch groups at 200m, I can't wait to see what I can do with it once I have a suppressor on it!!!

Getting my Associates in Business with an emphasis in Accounting. You know...fun stuff LOL.

Business and accounting... indeed, monotonous stuff, BUT there is definitely a lot more demand for that sort of thing. As a general rule, you can't go wrong with a business degree because you'll be able to find a job practically anywhere.

On another note, I'd like to ask you a couple questions about bikes. I've come across this bike I REALLY want. But... I haven't the slightest foggiest idea on how to care for something like this. It's a Honda CB750k2 and it is a REALLY nice, old-school bike, and I would like to keep care of it and keep it in perfect condition. So, before I even think about investing in it, I was hoping you could give me some pointers?

Never seen it like this in London. Like war Zone in middle east, many shops/buildings in several boroughs/neighbourhoods burned, widespread looting for the last three days.
